Why am I nauseous every morning?

Morning nausea usually comes from a short list of everyday causes, with early pregnancy always worth ruling out first when possible. The rest include overnight reflux, anxiety peaking with morning stress hormones, blood sugar dips, post-nasal drip, alcohol the evening before, and some medicines taken on an empty stomach.

A practical experiment: a plain cracker before rising, medicines after food where allowed, and earlier lighter dinners for a week.

Morning nausea persisting beyond a couple of weeks, or with weight loss, headaches or vomiting, moves from experiment to examination.
