Cookie Policy

Short, because there is not much to disclose.

What we store in your browser

  • Strictly necessary items that make pages work.
  • A first-party analytics record: a random visitor identifier and the pages you visit on this site, with time spent. This never leaves our systems and is not shared with advertisers.
  • Google Analytics, but only if you press Accept. It sets its own cookies and the pages you view are counted on Google's systems as well as ours. Decline, or close the bar without choosing, and it is never loaded. Advertising and personalization signals are turned off even when it is on.
  • Your tool data: readings you save in the blood sugar tracker, blood pressure log or medication list stay in your browser on your device. We cannot see them.
  • Your app data: the movement log and streak behind the walk tracker, your reminder schedule, an unfinished walk or workout kept so it can be offered back to you, and your theme and sound choices. All on your device, none of it uploaded.
  • An offline cache, if you add the site to your home screen. A service worker keeps a copy of pages you have already opened so they work without a connection. It lives in your browser, is never uploaded, and deliberately excludes anything behind your account.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No Facebook pixel, no Google advertising tags, no data brokers. Google Analytics measures pages and nothing else here, and only with your consent. If that ever changes, this page and the consent experience will change first.

Managing it

Clearing your browser data removes everything above, including saved tracker readings, the offline cache and your reminder schedule. Your browser settings can also block storage entirely; the reading tools still work, they just will not remember anything between visits. Location and motion permissions are separate, and are managed in your browser or phone settings; the privacy policy sets out exactly what each sensor is used for and why none of it is transmitted.
