Common questions
Is the snapshot a diagnosis?
No. It sorts published thresholds against the numbers you type and lists what is commonly screened for at your age. It cannot examine you and it does not know your labs. It is a starting point for a conversation with your own doctor.
Where do my answers go?
Your answers and results stay on this page. Like most websites, we keep standard usage statistics such as pages visited and time on page to improve the site, as described in the privacy policy. If you email yourself your results, we keep that email and summary to send you the briefing you signed up for.
What does the paid Health Review add?
Your actual lab results, your medicines, your full history and your symptoms, read by one of our doctors. You get a written analysis of what the numbers mean together, what to get checked in what order, the three changes that would matter most for you, and a one-page brief to hand your own doctor.
Will you tell me what medicines to take?
No, and be wary of anyone online who does. Our doctors are licensed internationally, not in the US or Canada, and do not prescribe. The review explains what your results mean and what to ask about, which is the part your own doctor rarely has time for.
How long does it take?
Five to seven working days from the point we have everything we need. If we cannot help with your situation, we say so and you pay nothing.
What do I need to have ready?
Any blood test results from the last year, a list of medicines and supplements, and a few home blood pressure readings if you have them. If you have none of these, the review still works, it just spends more of its length on what to go and get.
