How long until I see results from working out?

You feel results before you see them. Most people notice better energy, mood and sleep within two weeks. Strength climbs quickly in the first month, mostly because your nervous system learns the movements before the muscles themselves grow.

Visible change is slower: roughly six to eight weeks for muscles to look firmer, and around twelve weeks for changes other people comment on. Photos every few weeks tell the truth better than the mirror, which sees you too often to notice.

The honest secret is that consistency beats intensity. Two or three ordinary sessions a week, kept up for three months, beats a heroic two weeks that ends in a sore back and a canceled habit.
